Job Responsibilities:

General office coordination including managing the company calendar, company errands, processing mail, ordering supplies, making arrangements for meetings and travel, prepare notes from team meetings, contract organization, filing, organize expense reports, answering phone calls and route appropriately, and assisting with recruiting efforts.

Being able to handle projects and move them forward independently;

Being flexible – we are in a face paced environment so being open to plans and meetings changing times and moving around is a must.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outook, PowerPoint, and Word)

1+ years experience as an executive administrator, executive assistance or executive secretary;

1+ years managing executive schedules and calendars;
-
1+ years experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports.
